Our client is a manufacturer specializing in designing and installing metal and steel structures for industrial and civil engineering projects. Operating in large-scale constructions, they require precise timing and material tracking. With multiple teams managing requests, orders, and on-site production, they needed a smarter system to stay aligned and informed beyond manual workflows.
The Challenge
Tracking production using manual Excel files became a major bottleneck as operations scaled. The process was slow, error-prone, and lacked real-time visibility into material flow on the factory floor. Teams wasted hours updating spreadsheets, suffering from outdated and inaccurate data. This friction between procurement, storage, and production created delays, confusion, and risked costly errors. Our client needed a smarter, connected system to provide live tracking, streamline communication, and deliver full transparency across all production stages.

Upon delivery, materials are logged with quantities, types, and warehouse locations. The system tracks materials assigned to projects and records every movement, from storage retrieval to use on-site.
